We're pre-screening patients in advance of in-person appointments, following social distancing guidelines in waiting rooms and throughout the office, and spacing appointments to avoid crowding the office. 

All employees are wearing masks at all times

You will be required to wear an appropriate mask during your in-person visit.

Hand sanitizer will be available for everyone to use while in the office.

One visitor is allowed unless a companion/aide needs to participate in the care of the patient. 

Others will be asked to wait outside or in their car.

 No pets allowed.

Children are not allowed to be dropped off at this time
